Dyeing Facilities

We are passionate about producing fabrics ethically and sustainably. All the linens we use are produced by weavers locally in Northern Ireland before being brought to our factory in Mid Ulster for processing and printing.

What is Commission Dyeing?

At William Clark & Sons, we offer commission dyeing (also known as contract dyeing or toll dyeing), as a process to dye our clients textiles to their exact speficiations. We take your undyed 'raw' fabrics to our dyeing facility then performs the dyeing process using appropriate dyeing techniques such as batch dyeing or continuous dyeing.

FULL DYE HOUSE SERVICES

Many of our clients take advantage of our specialist infrastructure, knowledge and access to dyeing equipment, without the need to invest in their own dyeing machinery. We can provide flexibility in terms of production capacity, allowing you to adjust the volume of fabrics to be dyed based on your needs. We're capable of dyeing both natural & synthetic fibres and using advanced high-tech machinery means we can match your fabric to any pantone reference and/or sample/swatch through concise colour matching.

At William Clark & Sons, we ensure no chemically hazardous chemicals are used in the production process reinforcing our ethos to support more ecological ways of manufacturing.

All dyes are in full compliance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Bluesign approved.
